Redevelopment Program
The site at 97th Street had multiple event food vendors in a dated and tired seasonal venue that lacked heating and inoperable during the winter. The main site had no windows and only sheet metal blinds, offering only an open or closed and shut off area.
Development Plan
Upgrade the 97th Street building to include heating for all year round service, adding windows and light to the building, and an upgrade to the kitchen and storage space. In addition, we will introduce multiple new food and merchandise vendors and entertainment activities throughout the season including live music and DJs.
